Job Description

Minutemen Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist . This role supports day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance, helping foster a positive and productive workplace. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance
• Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
• Promote employee engagement and handle basic employee relations matters
• Support training, performance management, and policy implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• 2+ years of HR experience
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred,
