Founding Life Sciences Product Manager - Remote, Equity

Turquoise

Turquoise Health is seeking a Senior/Staff Product Manager to build a Life Sciences product vertical from the ground up. This founding role requires deep expertise in life sciences contracting, chargebacks, rebates, and formulary dynamics, with a focus on delivering initial products and establishing a durable new business stream in US healthcare.

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, partner closely with a GM/SME, and translate market access and contracting knowledge into a concrete
