Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA)

Overview The Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) provides behavior-analytic services to children and families under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst. This role includes conducting behavioral assessments, collecting and analyzing data, supporting treatment-plan development, training caregivers and team members, and monitoring client progress. The LABA works closely with BCBAs, RBTs, families, and other clinical disciplines to provide compassionate, evidence-based care. What You’ll Do Provide behavior-analytic services under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst. Assist with behavioral assessments, data collection, and treatment planning. Implement, monitor, and update individualized behavior support programs within your scope of practice. Analyze patient data and communicate progress and recommendations to the supervising LBA. Provide training, guidance, and support to behavior technicians as assigned. Collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team to support meaningful outcomes for each child. Educate and empower caregivers with practical strategies they can use at home. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and services provided. CPR certified or willing to obtain certification. Experienced in or passionate about working with children and families. Skilled in collecting, interpreting, and communicating behavioral data. A collaborative team player with strong communication and organizational skills. Committed to ethical, compassionate, and individualized care.
