Job Title : Senior Guidewire Business Analyst
Job Type : W2/C2C
Experience : 8 15 years
Location : Prosper, Texas
Responsibilities:
- 8+ years of experience as a Guidewire Business Analyst.
- Strong experience working on Guidewire InsuranceSuite projects.
- Strong functional expertise in at least one major Guidewire module, such as PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.
- Proficiency in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance processes and workflows.
- Understanding of Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps,
- Guidewire certification such as PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Analyze BillingCenter processes including billing plans, invoicing, payments, collections, commissions, and financial reconciliation.
- Lead requirements gathering, business analysis, and functional discovery sessions with insurance stakeholders.
- Analyze and document end-to-end P&C insurance processes and translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
- Collaborate with Guidewire architects and development teams to validate functional requirements and solution designs.
- Work closely with QA teams to develop test scenarios, validate requirements, support defect triage, and coordinate SIT/UAT activities.
- Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
