Housekeeper Heroes is hiring residential cleaners to serve homes across our western Mass service area. Most of our clients are seniors who count on us showing up and doing the job right.

Towns we serve: Amherst, Blandford, Chester, Chesterfield, Cummington, Easthampton, Goshen, Granville, Hadley, Hatfield, Huntington, Middlefield, Montgomery, Northampton, Pelham, Plainfield, Russell, Southampton, Southwick, Tolland, Westfield, Westhampton, Williamsburg, Worthington. You'll be assigned homes near you where we can. We're a small, no-drama crew and we take care of the people who work hard for us.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time available, including school-hours shifts — roughly 8am to 3:00pm, so you're free for drop-off and the afternoon bus. Hours are flexible — you tell us the hours you can work, and then we need you to hold to them. Our clients plan their day around us.

We pay mileage from your home , not from the office. We provide all cleaning supplies and gloves. You don't buy anything.

What the work is: This is professional cleaning, not tidying up your own place. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, changing linens — done thoroughly and at a steady working pace. You'll be on your feet, bending, reaching, and moving. It's honest, physical work and we need people who are willing to roll up their sleeves and get into it.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional cleaning experience preferred

• Able to work at a good, steady pace and finish homes on schedule

• Valid driver's license

• Your own reliable, working vehicle

• Able to read, write, and speak English fluently — you'll be reading care and cleaning instructions and communicating directly with clients in their homes

• Comfortable working with elderly clients, respectfully and patiently

• Reliable. If you commit to hours, you show up for them.
