Shifts: All shifts available and needed Base pay range $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr Benefits Weekly Direct Deposits 4% Match on 401k Saving Plan Full time, Part time & per Diem Hours Earn up to $20.00/hr Time and a half for Holidays & over 40hrs Compensation Upgrades Paid Travel Time and Mileage Paid Sick Time Paid Time Off (Vacation/Personal) Earn an extra $1.00 an hour working weekend day shift Extra $1.00 an hour for CNA license or HHA certificate Caregiver Requirements Experience caring for elderly and/or disabled individuals A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required Authorized to work in the US Compassionate provider of personal care, homemaking, and companion services Certification preferred, but not required Experience with Alzheimer's, Dementia, and Hospice care preferred but not required Criminal Background Record Check A minimum of 4 references (2 personal and 2 professional) Recent TB test completed within the past year Working every other weekend is a requirement We have positions available throughout the greater Western Massachusetts region. We are currently looking for caregivers to provide services to clients in and between the following areas: Amherst Florence Leeds Hadley Sunderland Northampton Easthampton Southampton Holyoke South Hadley Westhampton Southwick Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with cooking as needed. Launder clothing and linens to maintain a clean living environment. Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities. Support clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times.
