Job Summary
  • Wash, peel, slice and mixe vegetables, fruits, meats, cheeses and other ingredients for all menu items
  • Follow recipes and comply with portion sizes, quality standards, department rules and procedures and Department of Health regulations
  • Clean all utensils, preparation equipment and counters required for production
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of kitchen experience
  • Basic math skills
  • Good knife skills and finger dexterity to use small tools and utensils adeptly
  • Reliable transportation
  • Comfortable working on your feet for the full shift
  • Reliable and hard-working
  • Be a great communicator
  • Be able to work as part of a team in fast-pace environment.
