Sales Business Development Representative

We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Representative (BDC) to join our team! You’ll be a key contributor to our sales pipeline, serving as the first point of contact and setting appointments that drive revenue growth.

Skills / Qualities Preferred Include:

• 1 to 2 years experience with high volume outbound sales calls preferred
• Auto Dealership sales experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience working directly with customers
• Previous CRM experience

What You’ll Do

• Make a high volume of outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers
• Handle inbound leads, calls, emails, and digital inquiries promptly and professionally
• Follow up with leads to maximize show rates and conversion opportunities
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM system
• Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
• Deliver a professional, energetic, and customer-focused sales experience

 

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
• Previous experience in sales, call center, or business development preferred
• Comfortable with outbound calling and objection handling
• Goal-oriented, competitive, and motivated by performance
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work full-time
