Acute Care RN - Full-Time Day Shift

Role Overview The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They practice within a clinical environment guided by evidence-based standards, professional models, and organizational values, ensuring individualized care that respects cultural diversity and patient preferences. Key Responsibilities Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and evidence-based practices. Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes. Coordinate and document safe, quality care, promoting collaboration within diverse teams and fostering a respectful environment. Support professional growth by completing competency assessments, mentoring others, and engaging in ongoing education. Promote research and performance improvement activities, ensuring compliance with policies, regulatory standards, and safety goals. Participate in developing protocols, utilizing resources efficiently, and planning for patient care across the continuum. Qualifications & Skills Associate or Bachelor of Nursing degree (Bachelor preferred). Current RN license (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification. Less than one year of clinical experience post-graduation; direct patient care experience preferred. Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, communication, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
