We're looking for a motivated, organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build or expand their accounting experience for a client in San Ramon.

✨ What You'll Do

In this role, you'll support both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions while gaining exposure to a wide range of accounting activities:

Financial Operations Support

• Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy across financial records
• Maintain organized documentation and support general ledger processes

Accounts Receivable

• Prepare and distribute invoices to customers
• Apply incoming payments and reconcile discrepancies
• Track outstanding balances and support collections efforts
• Maintain accurate customer account records
• Assist with credit memos and payment matching

Accounts Payable

• Process vendor invoices and verify approvals
• Perform invoice matching and ensure proper documentation
• Coordinate payment processing (checks, cards, etc.)
• Communicate with vendors to resolve issues or discrepancies
• Support expense tracking and reimbursements

What You Bring

Technical Skills

• Working knowledge of core accounting concepts (e.g., debits, credits, general ledger)
• Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar systems
• Familiarity with invoicing, billing, collections, and vendor payments
• Understanding of financial reporting basics and compliance standards is a plus
