Responsibilities

Connecting with individuals and families to understand their unique protection needs.

Developing and presenting customized coverage strategies that offer real peace of mind.

Managing client accounts with attention to detail to ensure policies remain current and effective.

Explaining complex policy details in plain, easy-to-understand language.

Following up with existing clients to review their life changes and adjust their protection accordingly.

Collaborating with our local Elkton office to meet community outreach and growth goals.

Requirements

Active Maryland Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Demonstrated success in sales or client-facing roles.

Deep understanding of insurance products and coverage options.

Strong comfort level with digital documentation and management systems.

Excellent verbal communication skills for clear and friendly client interactions.
