What You'll Do As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our properties are guest-ready and maintained to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating and managing daily cleaning schedules and assignments. Overseeing property inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Processing and managing cleaner payroll accurately and on schedule. Reviewing cleaning completion records and verifying payroll details. Coordinating maintenance requests and following up on completion. Communicating and scheduling work with outside vendors. Ensuring properties are prepared on time for guest arrivals. Tracking and managing tasks using spreadsheets and reporting tools. Supporting team communication and problem‑solving throughout the day. Upholding high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. What We're Looking For We’re searching for someone who brings a blend of organizational expertise and a commitment to excellence. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and follow-up abilities. Patience and professionalism in a fast‑paced environment. Experience using spreadsheets, with a working knowledge of formulas preferred. Comfort coordinating multiple priorities at once. A sharp eye for detail to review payroll information accurately. Weekend availability (required). Spanish‑speaking skills (a plus, but not required). Why Join Blue Swell?
