Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation

Job Description Manage cases from inception to resolution under senior counsel supervision. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Take and defend depositions, assist with mediation and trial prep. Support settlement negotiations and strategic case development. Gain exposure to high-value, complex litigation cases against sophisticated defense teams. Qualifications Active California bar membership in good standing. 1–3 years of California civil litigation experience. Plaintiff-side experience preferred; defense experience considered.
