Registered Behavior Technician

Join the ARC of the Treasure Coast and help individuals with developmental disabilities reach their full potential.
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll play a vital role in providing direct care, implementing behavior intervention programs, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervise individuals in a residential setting.
Implement behavior plans and strategies.
Assist with daily living activities (e.g., hygiene, meals, transportation).
Document progress and behaviors.
Participate in recreational activities.
Administer medication as prescribed.
Facilitate community outings and activities.
Provide crisis intervention when necessary.
Collaborate with families and other professionals.
Qualifications:
RBT certification
20-hour Behavior Assistant certification
Safety Care certification
1+ year experience with individuals with disabilities
Valid FL driver's license
Strong communication & organizational skills
