Key Responsibilities\n

• Effectively communicate with physicians and healthcare team members about patient progress, identifying needs, concerns, and any potential or actual problems that may arise during treatment.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes that align with department protocols, ensuring that all records are completed in a timely manner.

• Collaboratively develop treatment plans—this includes conducting psychosocial assessments and integrating accepted social work interventions while considering discharge plans to facilitate smoother transitions for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing counseling to clients, specifically focusing on the assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral difficulties.

• Engage with clients' family members and support systems to coordinate treatment and discharge planning effectively, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele includes individuals and families facing various mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related experiences. By working with diverse populations, our therapists implement tailored therapeutic strategies that address unique circumstances and promote positive behavioral health.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an outpatient therapy setting, providing direct counseling services.

• A strong ability to operate independently and demonstrate high levels of self-organization and time management skills.

• Proficient in using computer applications, including MS Office, to maintain thorough documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience\n

Familiarity with telehealth platforms and experience integrating technology into therapeutic practices is highly valued. Candidates with additional certifications or training in specialized therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or family systems therapy, will be prioritized.

Compensation and Benefits\n
