**Required Certifications and Licensure:** - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - AWHONN Fetal Monitoring - BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification **Experience or 'Must have' skills:** - We are not LDRP; we do require floating to mom-baby (rare) **Degrees:** - BSN not required **Other Skills/Information:** - RNs must read their own strips using Watch Child monitors - Surgical techs available - Must float as required **Shifts & Scheduling:** - Modified self-scheduling - Full-time requires every other weekend **Orientation:** - Unit/Department specific orientation provided
