Solenis is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our onsite operations supporting our Rome, Georgia facility. This is a leadership role responsible for managing customer relationships, driving operational excellence, and leading a small technical team. What You’ll Do Manage the day-to-day onsite Industrial Water Treatment program for International Papers Rome facility. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional technical support and value delivery. Develop annual business plans to achieve revenue growth and profitability objectives. Sell new business opportunities and new treatment applications by demonstrating measurable customer value and return on investment. Partner closely with Corporate Accounts, Regional Marketing, Pricing, Applications, and other commercial teams to deliver customer solutions. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and opportunity tracking within Salesforce (SFDC). Manage account profitability, including pricing, chemical programs, equipment performance, and accounts receivable. Evaluate customer processes and treatment programs to identify operational improvements and safety enhancements. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and continued business growth. Lead, coach, and develop up to two full-time employees, providing technical guidance and performance leadership. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or another related technical discipline (or equivalent experience). 10+ years of Industrial Water Treatment (IWT) experience, preferably supporting pulp and paper manufacturing operations. Demonstrated success managing large industrial customer accounts. Strong technical knowledge of cooling water, boiler water, wastewater, and process water treatment programs. Proven business development and account growth experience. Experience leading or mentoring technical personnel. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Perks! The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,130.00 and $149,776.00 plus discretionary bonuses.
