Quality Assurance ManagerGenesis10 is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a Global Manufacturing Company located in Cleveland, OH.We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Quality Assurance Manager to champion a culture of quality excellence at a manufacturing facility. In this leadership role, you will be the driving force behind the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring that every process, product, and person reflects an unwavering commitment to quality. The ideal candidate is passionate about building quality into the DNA of an organization, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven track record of turning data into action.Responsibilities:Champion quality as a mindset, embedding QMS principles into the everyday culture of the plantMaintain, evolve, and continuously improve the site's Quality Management System and certificationsAct as the site-level gatekeeper for quality Management of Change (MOC) and New Product LaunchesIntegrate Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs) and Supplier Quality Manual requirements into the QMSFacilitate and lead customer and supplier visits, representing the site with confidenceLead investigations into customer complaints, off-spec situations, and Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs)Lead the measurement and reporting of site quality performance, delivering meaningful insights to stakeholdersPromote data-driven quality improvement programs to reduce cost of non-conformance and improve yieldCollaborate with Technical, Optima, and R&D teams to enhance first-time-right capabilitySupport and troubleshoot critical quality data systems including SAP, LIMS, and ETQ RelianceOversee the site internal audit program and maintain the document control systemLead, mentor, and inspire a quality team, encouraging a culture of accountability and continuous learningDeliver quality training and coaching across the siteRequirements:Bachelor's degree or higher in Quality, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum of five (5) years of quality management experience, preferably in the automotive industryMinimum three (3) years of people management or supervisory experienceCertified Lead Auditor (IATF; VDA preferred)Minimum Six Sigma Green Belt certificationProficiency in English (written and verbal)Demonstrated knowledge of automotive core tools (FMEA, SPC, CP, APQP)Pay range: $140,000 - $160,000 annually
