We are currently seeking Guest Service Representatives. Experience in an automotive dealership is not required. We are just looking for customer service skills.

GSC Service Representative Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establishes follows-up with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
• Utilize CRM/Xtime tracking system daily.

BDC Service Representative Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in customer service experience
• Excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Strong computer skills
• Valid driver’s license

• Monday to Friday/ Saturday Sunday
• Night shift
• On call
• Weekend availability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
