Job Overview Location - Mayfield, Ky. Schedule - Fulltime Nights. Sign On Bonus - This position is sign on bonus eligible. As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to communities. How You'll Contribute Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs. Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions. Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient. Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record. Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient. Perform timely and accurate QI assessments. Qualifications RN license required. Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire. ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire. One year of experience preferred. ASLS certification preferred. Handle With Care (HWC) certification within 6 months of hire.
