Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Surgical Technologist with strong experience in cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular procedures. This position plays a critical role in assisting surgical teams to provide quality patient care during operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile environment.
• Prepare and organize surgical instruments and equipment.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient safety and care.
• Monitor patients during procedures and assist with post-operative care.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols related to cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular specializations.

Schedule

This position is a night shift role from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have strong experience in cardiac, neuro, thoracic, ortho, and vascular specialties.
• Current NBSTSA CST certification required at the time of submission.
• Experience in floating to different units is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of surgical tech experience preferred.
