Assistant Manager

A Cleaner World seeks a motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence: Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. You will learn how to provide top-notch customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Problem Solving: Gain hands-on experience in tackling operational challenges, optimizing processes, and finding innovative solutions to everyday problems.
• Leadership Development: Work closely with our experienced team members to develop leadership qualities that will enable you to lead and inspire your team in the future.
• Supervision: Learn the fundamentals of team supervision, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Dry Cleaning Expertise: No prior knowledge of the dry cleaning industry is required, you will receive comprehensive training in all aspects of our business, from garment care to equipment operation.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent. A college degree is a plus but not required.
• Previous supervisory experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Compensation

• The salary range for this position is $45 ,000-$47,000 .
