Pharmacy Training Lead - Multi-Site Specialty Care

AndHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Trainer to own the ongoing training and development of our pharmacy team across specialty and retail sites in Columbus, OH and Indianapolis, IN. You will design role-based training pathways, deliver hands-on instruction, and validate competency from orientation through full proficiency. The role requires building and maintaining training content for pharmacists, managers, and technicians, delivering on-site and remote sessions, and ensuring adherence to SOPs, #J-18808-Ljbffr AndHealth
