Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Office Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and clients. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Key Responsibilities Assist with setting up and preparing production materials and equipment. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of production supplies. Assist in operating and maintaining production machinery. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines. Qualifications Requirements Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments as needed. Additional Information High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus. Proven experience in a front office or customer service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Compensation: USD 17 - USD 27 - hourly
