Part-Time Diabetes Education Specialist

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH seeks a Diabetes Educator (RD with CDCES) to partner with endocrinology and primary care teams. This 30- to 32-hour per week position focuses on individualized education and ongoing diabetes support for patients across all care settings.
