What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

Manage Logistics: Oversee complex calendars, team scheduling, and shared inboxes to ensure no communication falls through the cracks.

Contributor Onboarding: Support the end-to-end onboarding process and maintain meticulous records for our network of tutors and AI contributors

Cross-Team Coordination: Act as a central liaison to coordinate workflows between the tutoring, AI services, and marketing departments

Operational Maintenance: Prepare performance reports, handle high-volume data entry, and identify opportunities to simplify and "tidy up" administrative workflows

What You Will Bring (Requirements)

Professional Background: 1+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant (VA), Administrative Assistant, or Operations Assistant

Technical Proficiency: Expert-level command of Google Workspace and a high degree of comfort learning and managing common SaaS tools

Organizational Excellence: Outstanding time management skills and the ability to maintain precision while managing multiple priorities

Communication Skills: Native or professional-level written English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an asynchronous, remote environment

Mindset: A self-starter who thrives on autonomy and takes full ownership of their administrative domain
