Summary of the Role:

BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Project Management professional to join our client’s site in Pleasanton, CA. This role will support AI initiative squads by assisting with project management, business case development, market research, stakeholder engagement, and change management activities.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-impact environment at the intersection of project management, technology, business case development, and change management. The selected candidate will work alongside squad leads, product owners, and technical experts to support the full project lifecycle, from planning and development through launch and adoption. The mission of the team is to accelerate the delivery of innovative diagnostic solutions by building AI-assisted solutions and harmonizing processes to enable focus on high-value work and transform how new solutions are brought to market.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research analyses and support the development of business cases for innovative solutions.
• Lead or co-lead initiative squads and oversee day-to-day project management activities.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, stakeholders, and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and track action items to ensure timely completion.
• Lead or support communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Draft status reports, compile progress updates, and respond to stakeholder inquiries.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, user requirements, training materials, and other project records.
• Assist in creating presentations and visual materials for project updates and stakeholder engagement.
• Support change management activities, including the development of user guides, FAQs, and adoption materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management workflows and processes and recommend enhancements.
• Collaborate with squad leads, product owners, and technical experts throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and development through launch and adoption.

Qualifications:

• Completed or currently pursuing a Master's degree in:
• Business Administration
• Project Management
• Computer Science
• Related field
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs).
• Willingness to learn new tools such as Notebook LM, Gemini, and others.
• Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with project management principles or methodologies.
• Familiarity with conducting market research and building business cases
