Program Executive - Health & Life Sciences Senior, executive‑facing individual contributor delivering large, complex transformations for Health & Life Sciences clients. Owns end‑to‑end program P&L, leads project teams, manages steering committees, and maintains executive‑level customer relationships. Key Impact Areas Embed AI and agentic delivery across program teams Create and execute program strategy, governance, and KPI framework Act as executive‑facing delivery contact and manage communications up to CxO level Coach and inspire internal teams to elevate performance Oversee end‑to‑end service delivery, meeting contractual commitments Drive transformational change around AI and agentic capabilities, ensuring adoption and consumption Anticipate, mitigate, and manage risk to ensure successful outcomes Build internal pipeline and align with Sales, Success, Technology & Product, and Support to accelerate value Minimum Requirements 12+ years in professional services or consulting delivery with direct accountability for program execution across financials, risk, scope, and outcomes Experience leading large, complex programs ($10M+) with measurable business impact 5+ years leading large, cross‑functional delivery teams across multiple geographies Direct experience managing program financials including forecasting, budgeting, earned value analysis, and bid‑versus‑actual margin End‑to‑end knowledge of system development, implementation, and operational readiness Proven ability to lead steering committees and executive‑level conversations on budget, resources, and timelines Experience conducting structured sales‑to‑delivery handoffs and establishing contextual clarity Ability to identify and surface risk proactively with clear examples Collaborate effectively across global time zones and geographies Outstanding executive presence and communication skills Must operate as a fully billable individual contributor Preferred Qualifications Hands‑on Agentforce or equivalent AI platform implementation at enterprise level PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent program management certification Agile SCRUM Master certification 10+ years with core Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) Salesforce platform certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing, etc.) Domain expertise in Health & Life Sciences to advise on industry trends and regulatory considerations Experience in outcomes‑based or fixed‑fee delivery models Negotiation and conflict resolution skills in delivery context Additional Information Possible travel about 25% Bachelor's degree required Benefits Paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, 401(k), vision, dental, mental health support, and the opportunity to work on cutting‑edge AI and agentic solutions.
