Housekeeping Runner

Overview Are you a self-starter with a guest-focused mindset? Our Runners play a vital role in keeping Big Sky Resort running smoothly behind the scenes. This position supports Housekeeping, Front Desk, Laundry, and Food & Beverage teams by responding promptly to requests, assisting with deliveries, and helping maintain cleanliness throughout the property. If you're someone who likes to stay busy, help others, and take pride in keeping things moving—this could be the perfect fit. Responsibilities Picture yourself as a Runner at Big Sky Resort and having the opportunity to: Walk assigned floors regularly to collect soiled linen and trash from Room Attendants Keep linen drops clean and organized, assisting the Laundry team as needed Deliver requested guest items such as robes, cribs, and rollaway beds Assist with housekeeping duties, including refilling amenities and providing clean linen Perform occupancy checks and report lost and found items or room damages Support Room Attendants and Inspectors with supplies or task completion Respond to guest requests in a friendly, helpful, and timely manner Help Room Service and F&B teams by clearing used dishes when necessary Maintain knowledge of resort services and local attractions to assist with guest inquiries Qualifications Self-motivated and reliable Friendly, service-oriented attitude Ability to follow a task list and complete assignments independently Willingness to learn the Alice ticketing system Able to lift up to 50 pounds, and remain on feet for extended periods Comfortable working alone or as part of a team Flexible schedule with availability based on business needs All full time seasonal employees can enjoy the following benefits: FREE All Mountain Ski Pass and eligibility for Free or Discounted Tickets to other Montana Mountains and Boyne Resort properties Discounted vouchers for skiing at Big Sky Resort for friends and family Discounted ski/snowboard rentals with a free employee lesson 25%-50% off F&B and Retail at all Boyne outlets Eligibility for affordable Team Member Housing Lodging discounts for friends and family Discounted Lone Mountain Ranch Cross Country Ski Trail Pass Wellness Day and Eligibility for PTO Monthly employee events #J-18808-Ljbffr
