Revenue Management Specialist

Managing accounts receivable processes, the full-time Revenue Management Specialist will ensure accurate billing and timely resolution of patient and insurance accounts while working remotely. Key responsibilities Research and resolve outstanding patient and insurance credit accounts, ensuring claims are filed correctly Process refunds and credit reversals in accordance with departmental policies Analyze Accounts Receivables reports to maintain revenue integrity and address identified trends Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 4 years of experience in medical office billing, collections, or coding in a hospital or physician setting Strong knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-9/10 codes Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and understanding of insurance explanation of benefits (EOB) Ability to interact effectively with various departments and management levels Virtual Vocations Inc
