Overview
CT Technologist – Radiology, CT imaging in Templeton, California. Travel assignment begins 08/24/2026 and runs for 8 weeks. Weekly pay is $2,506–$2,581 with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shift is day, formatted as 4x10s, typically 7:00 AM–5:30 PM. Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital. This assignment requires current Epic experience and adherence to radiology safety and documentation standards.

Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging studies across applicable patient populations following approved protocols and physician orders.
- Position patients, select appropriate techniques, and optimize image quality while minimizing radiation exposure.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort, including monitoring for contrast reactions and implementing safety precautions.
- Operate the CT scanner, review images for technical quality, and perform post-processing as needed.
- Document procedures and image findings in the electronic medical record (Epic); communicate with radiologists and referring clinicians.
- Maintain CT equipment and room readiness, including supply management and routine quality checks.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent CT imaging experience
- Current BLS certification
- Current nursing license per the state of assignment (California)
- Epic experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, short-term acute care environment
- Willingness to work day shift with a 4x10 schedule
