COMMUNITY MANAGER The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operation of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. The role includes personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administrative, and risk management duties to ensure compliance with Asset’s policies, safety and fair‑housing guidelines, and liability requirements. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Personnel Management: screen, hire, train, coach, and develop onsite staff; complete weekly staff schedules and assignments; address performance issues with proper documentation and HR communication. Financial Management: maximize net operating income through cost control and revenue/leasing improvements; develop yearly operating budgets and forecasts; reconcile deposits, rent collections, vendor invoices, and financial reports. Strategic Leasing Management: develop and implement marketing plans; ensure leasing techniques, documentation, and reporting are accurate; handle resident complaints and retention programs. Administrative & Maintenance Management: ensure accurate reporting; lead contingency teams for emergencies; monitor maintenance requests and service response; maintain property appearance; manage resources and vendor relationships. Leadership & Compliance: uphold company policies, safety, fair housing Laws, and OSHA requirements; provide quality customer service and staff support. Education / Experience High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years of experience in the housing industry; or one‑to‑two years related experience combined with education. Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred. Basic computer skills and proficiency with onsite software. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Physical Requirements Communicate with others, perform repetitive hand motions, and work overtime, weekends, and nights. Stand or sit for prolonged periods; move between work sites; use ladders, stairs, scaffolding, and other equipment; lift or move objects up to 25 lbs.; operate machinery or power tools; drive motor vehicles or golf carts. Work in a variety of environments, including outdoor weather conditions, small or confined spaces, and under hazard exposure. License / Equipment Reliable transportation is required due to emergency on‑call responsibilities. Salary Range : $60,000 per year to $65,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
