DESCRIPTION

Join a Wealth Management company to support the IT department, as an IT Technician 2. The IT Technician 2 will provide technical support for end-users and clients. The Technician 2 will maintain excellent customer service while dealing with technical problems. Think of the role as providing "white-glove" service!

DUTIES

• Perform technical troubleshooting and diagnosis.
• Discover root cause of issues and provide timely solutions.
• Ensure operational downtime is minimized by responding to occurrences promptly.
• Follow formal resolution steps.
• Document technical resolutions and fully log incidents.
• Log full troubleshooting steps taken to resolve incidents.
• Repair hardware and support workstation issues.
• Setup accessories and peripheral equipment.
• Deploy services and setup proprietary applications on devices.
• Setup conference rooms for high-profile meetings both onsite and virtual.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting and basic technical support services to end-users or computers.
• Install, monitor, and maintain existing or proposed telecommunication systems.
• Serve as the First Responder to event alerts triggered when monitored applications, hardware, services, procedures, jobs, and file transmissions reach a pre-defined threshold that indicates an exception which must be responded to and resolved.
• Serve as a technical escalation point within the IT Service Desk function, and respond to multiple channels reporting incidents and requests.

This is a Permanent position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
