Maintenance Technician

This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, physical structures, and mechanical equipment, including motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, PLCs, and production machines.

• Visually inspect operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards and locate or prevent causes of malfunctions.
• Listen for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discuss operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problems and repair machines.
• Work with management, engineering, and quality control personnel to resolve maintenance problems.
• Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.
• Replace and lubricate gearboxes, motors, bearings, and shafts.
• Start machines and test operation after repair.
• Replace and repair water filtering systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Install and maintain production machines, overhead conveyor systems, and welding equipment.

• 2-year degree in electro-mechanical program or industrial maintenance
• Leadership qualities and independent thinker

The role requires working across different shifts, with the 1st shift operating from 6am-2pm and the 2nd shift from 2pm-10pm, Monday through Friday. The work environment includes both manual and fully automated processes, with a focus on maintaining production machines and overhead conveyor systems.

This is a Permanent position based out of Menasha, WI.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
