Location: Troy, OH Pay: $18$20/hour (based on experience) Shift: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and assembly, is seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join their production team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, works well in a team environment, and is eager to grow within a stable company.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble components accurately following specifications and work instructions
Operate assembly tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

Some prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (training provided)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively on a team
Good communication skills
Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
