Responsibilities Supervise and support front desk staff to ensure smooth daily operations and outstanding guest service Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and urgency Train, coach, and motivate front office team members to meet performance standards Monitor room inventory, reservations, and occupancy to maximize revenue Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Prepare shift reports, manage cash handling, and ensure front desk compliance with hotel policies Requirements 1–3 years of hotel front desk or front office experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS) such as Opera, Fosse, or similar Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to lead a team and work effectively in a high-volume, guest-facing environment Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree or certification a plus About Us JSR Hospitality is a trusted name in the Fairfield, CA hospitality market, committed to providing guests with comfortable, memorable stays and top-tier service.
