Our client is currently seeking a qualified Desktop Support Technician to join their team onsite in Homestead, FL and provide end-user support. Duties and Responsibilities:Solve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues on network infrastructure and internal desktop systemsProvide end user support to clients and their teamCustomize the customer experience for every individual, all communication, instructions, and product knowledge to the level of the individualDetermine the most cost-effective repair to minimize customer downtimeBe proactive in solving any situationPrepare reports for analysis of product failure trends and service issuesProvide onsite desktop support for levels of end-usersSkills and Qualifications:Minimum 1 to 3+ years of related Desktop Support experienceAA degree, or technical training or equivalent combination of education and experienceA+ Certification a plus but not requiredLAN and WAN experienceBasic Networking knowledgeWindows 10/11 experience with troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairServiceNow experience preferredSolid experience and understanding of IT services and productsEnthusiastic about technology and willing to learn and stay on the cutting edgePersonable, reliable, and relatable and responsible when interacting with clientsAble to provide a consultative approach to solving issuesImpeccable follow-through to client satisfactionTrack record of punctuality, go-getterNot intimidated by new or complex problems and situationsWage Range: The rate for this position is between $24.00 - $32.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
