Entry-Level Account Manager – No Early Mornings! ☀️

Location: Escondido, CA - San Diego, CA
Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Sleep in or beat the gym rush!)
Pay: Competitive Hourly + Performance Bonuses
The Role
Looking to break into the business world without the 8-to-5 grind? We’re looking for a motivated Account Manager to join the team at Flex Consulting Group . This is an entry-level role where you’ll be the bridge between our clients and their customers, solving problems and driving growth.
What You’ll Do
- Connect: Build rapport with new and existing customers (no "robocall" vibes).
- Consult: Present cool products and services that actually solve customer problems.
- Close: Hit sales targets and manage your own book of business.
- Follow Up: Keep your clients in the loop on the latest tech and updates.
Who You Are
- A Natural Talker: You can build a connection with anyone, anywhere.
- Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable with CRM tools (or ready to learn).
- Goal-Oriented: You like the challenge of hitting a deadline and seeing the reward in your paycheck.
- The "People" Person: You have a background in retail, hospitality, or customer service and are ready for a professional upgrade.
