We have two divisions: 1) Hospital / Provider Practice 2) Managed Care / Payer Practice – we work directly with health plans (very strong in the Blue Cross Blue Shield space). We are currently hiring a Utilization Management Coordinator

Summary: One of our clients at Blue Cross Blue Shield is seeking Utilization Management Coordinators/Medical Management Coordinators to handle provider faxes, authorizations, and phone calls for the commercial line of business.

Required Skills:

• 1+ year experience in Medical/Clinical Coordination, Healthcare Customer Service, etc.
• Experience handling/processing prior authorizations
• Experience with GuidingCare
