Randstad is looking for a dynamic, hands‑on OnsiteRecruiter to serve as the heartbeat of our workforce operations at a food manufacturing facility in Carson, CA. In this role, you won’t just be a vendor; you will be embedded directly within our client’s facility as a strategic staffing expert, an extension of their HR team, and a primary point of contact for our contingent workforce. Salary: $26 – $32 per hour | Shift: First | Work hours: 9 AM – 5:30 PM | Education: High School Fluency in written and spoken Spanish is required. Responsibilities Full‑Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, onboard, and place high‑quality talent to meet daily production and manufacturing demands. Maintain a steady “evergreen” pipeline of qualified candidates. Onsite Workforce Management: Act as the primary supervisor for all Randstad talent. Handle daily check‑ins, resolve employee relations issues, manage timekeeping/payroll, and conduct performance coaching. Safety & Compliance: Conduct regular safety walkthroughs of the manufacturing floor to ensure all talent complies with OSHA regulations, facility standards, and PPE requirements. Report and document any safety incidents promptly. Client Relationship Management: Build trusted partnerships with facility shift supervisors, production managers, and HR leaders. Attend operational meetings to anticipate future staffing forecasts and address ongoing feedback. Administrative Excellence: Ensure total compliance with both Randstad’s operational standards and the strict regulatory guidelines required by a medical device manufacturing environment.
