What You’ll Do Be a Team Member : Maintains up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross‑functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively with the team; and remains flexible to the needs of the business by working in other areas. Be an Expert : Prepares food according to item specifications; plans future productions and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance and inventory management; operates, maintains and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution. Be a Techie : Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and elevate associate engagement; utilizes handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick‑up orders, training and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. Be an Owner : Drives the performance of the area; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date‑control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs; assists members with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise and resolving member issues. Be a Talent Ambassador : Acts as a brand advocate; develops, influences and inspires others to work in a respectful, supportive and team‑oriented style; understands roadblocks and assists in training. Complies with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity; utilizes the Open Door Policy. Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources; collaborates with managers, co‑workers, customers and business partners; identifies priorities, deadlines and expectations; communicates progress; identifies improvement opportunities; adapts to change. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to successfully complete all required job training and assessments within the prescribed time period.
