Business Development Manager (BDM)

Restoration 1 of Corvallis is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to help grow our presence throughout Corvallis, Albany, and the surrounding Willamette Valley.

This is not a desk sales position and it is not about cold-calling homeowners.

Your job is to build relationships with the people and organizations who regularly encounter property damage and need a reliable restoration partner—including plumbers, insurance agents, property managers, commercial property owners, real estate professionals, senior living communities, and other referral partners.

We provide water mitigation, fire and smoke restoration, mold remediation, and full reconstruction services. We are looking for someone who can become the face of Restoration 1 in the local market and consistently generate new referral relationships and opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with local referral partners
• Visit plumbers, insurance agencies, property managers, commercial properties, and other potential partners
• Develop new referral sources throughout Corvallis, Albany, and surrounding areas
• Maintain consistent follow-up with existing partners
• Attend networking events, association meetings, community events, and industry functions
• Identify commercial accounts and strategic partnership opportunities
• Educate referral partners on Restoration 1's emergency mitigation and reconstruction services
• Coordinate with our operations team to ensure referred customers receive excellent service
• Track contacts, follow-ups, referrals, and results
• Create a repeatable territory plan instead of relying on random sales activity
• Help us become the first company our referral partners think of when property damage occurs

Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, property management, plumbing, home services, outside sales, account management, or B2B sales is helpful but not required.

Compensation

Base salary + performance-based commission/bonus structure

Compensation will be based on experience and the final incentive structure.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• Primarily field-based
• Local travel throughout Corvallis, Albany, and surrounding communities
• Occasional networking or industry events outside normal business hours

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to independently manage a sales territory and follow-up schedule
• Comfortable using basic CRM, email, and business software
• Ability to represent Restoration 1 professionally in the community
