Manhattan Field-Based Behavioral Health Advocate

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Behavioral Health Advocate in Manhattan to improve enrollees' ability to stay stable in the community and avoid hospitalization. This field-based role involves 80% in-person case management with 20% telephonic work from home, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends. Permanent residency in Manhattan is required.
