Job Title: Clerical / Parts Department Trainee
We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual with clerical experience to join our team!
This position will begin with training in the Parts Department and will involve a variety of clerical and computer-based responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on a computer, learning new systems, and assisting with administrative and parts-related duties.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with clerical and administrative duties
- Training and working in the Parts Department
- Entering and updating information on the computer
- Learning company systems and procedures
- Assisting with organizing parts and related information
- Providing general support to the department as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
- Comfortable working on a computer and learning new software
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and train in the Parts Department
