Desired Qualifications:

• Current Alabama Teacher’s Certification
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a specific endorsement in English
• Educational experience focused on General Education or ELA for secondary students is highly valued
• Comfortable working with diverse learners and applying differentiated instruction
• Strong communication skills to effectively connect with students, families, and colleagues
• Enthusiastic about integrating technology to enhance the learning experience
