EMR: EPIC 483 beds, 32 ICU beds, 21 ORs- 2 OB Suites Off site Anesthesia needs? YES (MRI, CT, CVL, radiation oncology Do you have Ultrasound for blocks? Yes Types of cases: Neuro, GI, Cath Lab, General, GYN, OB, Ortho, Vascular, Thoracic, foregut, hepatobiliary, OMFS, ENT, Podiatry, Plastics, Urology, Colorectal, Radiation Oncology

Week & Weekends 10, 12, 16hr shifts On call day, you will not be on shift until 5:00pm that evening. If you come in, there will be a CRNAs on site with you until 11pm in addition to OB CRNA and OB Physician covering OB.

509 beds, 20 ICU beds, 25 ORs, 2 OB Suites, 24 MD, 48 CRNA No offsite ANES needs EMR - EPIC Specialties available: Neuro, GI, EP, Cath Lab, General, GYN, OB, Ortho, CV, Peds
Provider requirements:
Oregon License and DEA ABA Certification PALS and ACLS Required
$350-375/ hr
