The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Leads change management and user readiness activities to ensure successful adoption of newly implemented technology solutions, including training, onboarding, communications, and readiness assessments.
