Now we're looking for a reliable, safety-minded Local Truck Hauler to help keep our harvest moving! If you enjoy being on the road, working outdoors, and being part of a hardworking team that makes a real impact every day, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Every day is a little different, but you can expect to:

Safely transport freshly harvested produce from the fields to our cooling and packing facilities.

Load and unload products with care while ensuring accurate counts.

Perform daily vehicle inspections to help keep our fleet safe and running smoothly.

Keep your truck clean, organized, and ready for the next trip.

Jump in and support the harvest team with product staging, moving materials, and other tasks that keep operations running efficiently.

Follow all safety procedures and wear the required PPE to help keep yourself and your teammates safe.

Complete inspection reports, logs, and paperwork accurately.

Communicate with your supervisor about route updates, delays, or anything that could impact the day's harvest.

What We're Looking For

You'd be a great fit if you are:

✔ At least 18 years old.

✔ A safe, responsible driver with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

✔ Dependable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team.

✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced agricultural environment.

✔ Detail-oriented and willing to pitch in wherever needed.

⭐ Bonus points if you've driven a box truck or similar vehicle before—but we're happy to consider motivated individuals who are eager to learn!

The Work Environment

This is an active, hands-on role! You'll need to:

• Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work outdoors in Arizona weather—including heat, cold, and changing conditions.
