As part of LKM Restaurant Group LLC, we’re looking for a talented and dedicated Prep Cook to join our kitchen team and help us deliver the quality and taste our guests have come to love.
What You’ll Do as a Prep Cook:As a Prep Cook, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing ingredients according to recipes and specifications to support our chefs. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. - Assisting with kitchen prep tasks, such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients. - Monitoring inventory levels and communicating shortages to the kitchen team. - Collaborating with team members to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation.
What We’re Looking For:We’re seeking a skilled Prep Cook who brings passion and experience to the table. The ideal candidate will have: - 3 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment. - Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety protocols. - A proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure. - Excellent teamwork and communication skills to thrive in a collaborative environment. - A commitment to delivering high-quality food and maintaining consistency.
