As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of branches ensuring strong financial performance, operational excellence and superior customer experience. You will be responsible for your regional team's execution of achieving performance goals as outlined in the Retail Incentive Plan. The Regional Manager will provide strategic direction, coaching and support to Branch Managers, fostering a high-performing team culture.
Key Result Areas : • Lead, coach and develop a diverse team of Branch Managers and retail banking professionals to achieve performance goals, sales targets and professional development.
• Foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous learning where team members feel valued, empowered, and supported.
• Drive achievement of deposit, product, digital solution and fee income goals across all branches.
• Create strong relationships with internal business partners and ensure branch teams do as well, to provide a seamless experience for our customers.
• Ensure that your team provides outstanding customer service delivery, implements customer feedback initiatives and builds long-term customer relationships. • Use embrace and leverage insights from data to understand trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Maximize the use of evolving technology in support of decision making and adding value to CSB and in support of solving customer needs.
• Effectively collaborate with internal business partners. • Strategic thinker with ability to adapt quickly and lead team effectively during change. Translate corporate strategies into regional action plans. • Responsible for financial management through analyzing branch profitability, control of expenses and optimizing resource allocation to meet financial targets. • Ensure operational excellence is achieved by your team through oversight of compliance, risk management and adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements. • Responsible for representing the Bank in local communities, fostering partnerships, promoting brand visibility and supporting volunteerism. • Embrace and lead by our Core Values. Adhere to a code of ethics and high standards of personal behavior. • Work on various projects as needed.
Qualifications: • Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in retail banking, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or regional management role.
• 10+ years' proven experience in sales, service, and operations
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Banking or a related field is a plus • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple branches or teams, driving results, business growth, working independently, taking accountability for actions, and making quick, high-quality decisions • Excellent strategic planning, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact with diverse group While fostering a positive work environment.
• Strong coaching and relationship building skills. • Proficient conflict management and problem-solving skills to efficiently address, customer complaints, operational challenges and employee matters.
• Strong knowledge of bank policies and procedures including customer relationship management and market dynamics.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $175,000 The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Cambridge Savings Bank ranges from $140,000 - $175,000.
